As part of its corporate governance required under its Constitution and the ACT Incorporations Act, and also as a reporting mechanism for Megalo's funding partners, each year Megalo published an Annual Report. This is presented and accepted by the membership at its Annual General Meeting. Each Annual report presents coverage of Megalo's performance and activities for the calendar year.
