About the Megalo Board

The Megalo Board of Management is elected at the AGM held in late March each year. Membership of the Board reflects the diversity of Megalo’s membership and also includes interested individuals who bring professional experience in fields such a such as law, accountancy, curatorship, publishing, administration, tertiary teaching and the government sector to the organisation.

The Board meet on a monthly basis excluding the months of January and December. Their charter is to oversee management of Megalo’s financial administration and corporate governance, and sub-committees drawn from Board members also have high level input into the artistic program, studio program and organisational infrastructure.
