Megalo Annual General Meeting 2008 6pm Tuesday 25 March in the Common Room All current Members welcome. The business of the meeting will include the tabling of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for 2007, followed by the election of Board members for the coming year. There will be a Members Forum through which questions can be put to the Board and Director. All financial Members are eligable to nominate for a position on the board. Megalo is particularly interested in attracting new board memebrs who have professional experience in areas such as marketing, fund raising, law, business and management. Members of the board are required to attend monthly Management Committee meetings at which reports and correspondence are tabled, management issues discussed and policies and strategic initiatives developed and monitored.
