Megalo Members are invited Megalo Print Studio Annual General Meeting on Thursday 21 May, 5:30pm at the studios. For the first time since 2016, a vote will be held during the 2026 AGM with proposed changes to the Megalo Constitution.
Special Resolution - amending the mEGALO CONSTITUTION
For the first time since 2016, the Constitution of Megalo Print Studio is being updated with some changes. A special resolution will be voted upon at the 2026 AGM to amend the Constitution.
These changes will update the maximum number of members to the Board of Management, from 10 to a maximum of 12 members (Section 5.2).
The changes will also update the language used around the Megalo Archive. These updates state that in the event of Megalo’s winding up the Archive, or at any time the Board decides, the collection (or part of it) may only go to a cultural institution, gallery or collection chosen by the Board (Section 10.3).
The proposed constitution can be reviewed below, and a full outline highlighting these changes will be added to this website from 11 May.
A special resolution requires a majority of three-quarters (75%) of members present and voting at the meeting to pass. You can prepare for this by reviewing the Proposed Amended Constitution ahead of the AGM.

Proposed resolution: That the constitution of Megalo Access Arts Incorporated be amended by replacing it in its entirety as set out in the proposed amended constitution attached to and forming part of this notice, such amendments to take effect upon registration by the Registrar.
Voting threshold: A special resolution requires a majority of not less than three-quarters (75%) of members present and voting at the meeting to pass.
