SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed on the website.*

Orders shipping within Australia*

*Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer domestic shipping

For Regular Australian post- you should expect delivery within 3-5 business days of the package being sent.

All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post. Your order is trackable and on order confirmation you will receive a tracking number for your purchase.

Megalo Print Studio cannot be held responsible for any unprecedented shipping delays with Australia Post, or lost / stolen items in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered at time of checkout is correct. Please note, package labels are created with the address exactly as it was given, so please check at time of purchase.

ITS A GIFT!

If you are sending direct to someone special as a gift and would like a personal note from you included inside, just write your message / details in the 'notes' section during checkout.

Packaging

All orders are packed carefully and securely for postage.

RETURNS

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you are extremely happy with your order. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@megalo.org as soon as possible. Once we have confirmed that it can be returned, please send it to us at: Megalo Print Studio 21 Wentworth Ave, Kingston, ACT, 2604

Send back your item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund. Providing the product is completely unused, original condition, has the original packaging and receipt.

-Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.

-If in the event of the product being faulty however, please get in touch as soon as possible at info@megalo.org

-Please keep receipts of returned products for proof of postage.

All sale items are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

PRODUCT ACCURACY

Slight variation of colouring may occur when viewing in browsers through different monitors. Please be aware that every product and artwork has been printed by hand and as a result slight variations in colour and size, style and shape may occur.
